At Vuleri we acknowledge the importance and need to dispatch our products on time and ensure we achieve our deadlines. For us to be late is simply unacceptable. We will ship your item as soon as possible and aim to do this within 1-2 business days. Your order will then go through the delivery process via Royal Mail or another similar postal service, depending on the shipping option chosen this could take up to 5 business days.

Delivery charges for items from store are stated on our website. 

Delivery notice: If you haven't received your order please message us within 28 days of your order date. Once this date passes we will ask you to raise your claim with Royal Mail or the shipping provider chosen at checkout.

All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or an equal alternative/ If you require an additional service please contact us as this may incur additional costs.
